You can put your ACT scores on your transcript! If you would like to have your ACT scores posted on your high school transcript, please click on the link above and complete the form. Please turn the form into the Building A, Main Office. You are responsible for ensuring that the most current ACT scores are on your transcript.

Letter of Recommendation Request Form

Colleges often ask for letters of recommendation from people who know you well. These letters should be written by someone who can describe your skills, accomplishments and personality such as a teacher, coach, advisor or counselor. The link above will direct you to a form that can be a great resource when asking someone to write a letter of recommendation for you. Fill out the form and provide a copy to each person that will be writing a letter of recommendation for you. Providing your recommenders with a strong summary of your skills, leadership experiences and any additional accomplishmnets allows them to write a strong letter of recommendation for you.
